This is my custom recreation of a snatch block pulley, designed to handle loads of up to 50lbs. The parts are designed to press fit together, making assembly easy and hassle-free. The only additional component needed is an 8x22x7 ball bearing, which is press-fitted inside the inner pulley. This design is suitable for most sizes of paracord and small rope.
The design of this pulley is meant to be easy to assemble and use, and the use of press-fit parts ensures a secure fit and eliminates the need for additional hardware. The use of a ball bearing inside the inner pulley ensures smooth operation and reduces wear and tear on the rope, as well as the plastic components. Overall, this custom recreation of a snatch block pulley is a great solution for anyone looking for a durable and easy-to-use pulley for small-scale rigging and hoisting operations.

Notes:
In order to get a good resolution of the curve, I suggest using supports with 0.1mm vertical separation from part, 0.5mm resolution, and 0.3mm offset from the part. The supports will require a bit of effort to remove, but the quality is worth it. I also suggest printing the inside down to hide any blemishes from supports inside the pulley and not on the exterior.
I will also be printing in carbon fiber-infused polycarbonate material to see if lifting capacity improves.
