Based on the excellent rugged box, I created this rugged bit box as a replacement for my broken bit box where the bits kept falling out.
Bill of Materials
You need 6x M4x25mm screws for the rugged box itself.
For the TPU parts use TPU95A or stiffer. Not all TPU95A is created equal unfortunately, so please print the test pieces first before committing to printing this design.
For the other parts, including the rugged bit box, I used PETG.
Slicing
TPU parts I sliced with 35% triangle infill, 4 wall loops, 0.2mm layer height. Depending on your printer capabilities and the TPU you are using you may need more or less walls, especially for the bottom bit holders.
If you wish you can print the bottom insert twice, and skip the top insert. In that case you may even be able to put two screwdrivers in the same case.
Assembly
Refer to the instructions for the rugged box for assembly of that.
The TPU parts can be placed and glued into the box. Let it dry for at least 24h, depending on the glue you are using. The PETG screwdriver holder parts can be sticked into the TPU parts and glued in place.
