I will be doing the ps5 and nintendo switch ones as well soon when i can get the controllers in hand.

Not yet satisfied with the back pieces they still need some adjusting but the front is pretty good now that ive been gaming for a couple days with it for testing with no issues.

After printing i rec sanding the holes especially for the joysticks so its smooth and wont damage the joystick.

If printing vertical increase hole size on Guide, A and dpad by 0.043 for flush fit. Horizontal worked fine when using Petg as interface for supports. I used variable layer height down to 0,04 up to 0.2. Been using this to finish up last bit of rolls layering it on and making some ugly controller faces.

Replying to @sirfragalot :
The model isn't sized properly causing the fit to be wrong on D pad and several other holes and causing a lip to be exposed on both hand holds, your profile has poor support setup making the hole sizing issue worse. I printed it then threw it away because it requires far more work than should be required to make it fit properly; a redesign and dremel. I suggested a better way if people are dead set on using this. Honestly, it's like a 3. I was being nice, but your attitude is a 1.

you missed my point. It's not my model, and as you haven't used my profile it's not fair to down rate it for a perceived issue with the model

After the 1st one came out (designers profile) I felt it needed more post processing than I would have liked (not knocking the profile, it still came out great). I decided to print again in my favourite filament (OPY Burnt Titanium) and I used my profile. Here is the result: far less post processing, cleaner button holes and much better top edge.

It's even better when sliced in Orca. It handles support placement loads better

printed easy. I had to trip the X box logo hole to make it a tad bigger. I think it was my support that made it that way.

Using white eSUN PLA+, it looks a little "see-through" in places. I think using 3+ walls would solve this, and doesn't really increase the print time. Thank you very much for the model. I've been looking for a Series S/X controller face plate for ages, and this one is pretty much perfect. Prints well and works great after a little sanding around the thumbstick holes (as you mentioned).

this was a cool print. I had to do some sanding to make it fit 100% but I expected that. the screw holes did Crack and needed super glue when installing it on my controller.

great that no support is in the screw holes but the holes for the middle buttons are a little to small
