With its simple design and anthracite color scheme, the Bambu Lab P1S is a real eye-catcher. A standard spool roller doesn't really fit in here. For this reason, I designed this roller and took up the design of the P1S/X1C. The result is a simple roller that doesn't need to hide behind the printer in respect of design.
In addition to the printed parts, at least 4 size 688 ball bearings are required. The shafts for mounting the rollers can be printed (I recommend at least PETG) or made from threaded rods. Rubber buffers can be fitted to the bottom of the roller to give it a secure stand, this is of course optional.
The rollers consist of 3 parts, which are pressed into each other, I use a vice. The tolerances are very tight, so it is important that the printer and the filament profile are well calibrated. If there are still problems, I can provide alternative models with larger tolerances.
Rubber buffers can be glued to the bottom of the base.
