All
Works well with standard AA batteries, which are usually 14.0-14.1mm in diameter. It is too tight for rechargeable Ni-MH batteries which are 14.4-14.5 in diameter. Printed on A1 with provided profile.

Thanks for trying the print Lucius, yes unfortunately this was only made with standard batteries in mind.
Maybe I will revise it to work for both!
