Description
I have already tried some purchased weather-resistant bunting chains in our garden. I even created one myself from fabric, but they were never very durable. Now I have printed a bunting chain from PLA. It is very thin and flutters in the wind, but it is now resistant to rain etc.
But be careful: direct sun can deform it; this actually happened to me when I laid it out to hang it up. The sun caused the pennants to soften, and now they have a texture somewhat like thicker fabric. If you like that, feel free to print with PLA. However, if the bunting chain is to hang in direct sunlight, please use PETG.
There are no limits to the colors.
After printing, thread it onto a string of your choice, hang it up, and enjoy.
