Description

This is a replica model of the M919 25mm caliber ammunition. This is a highly penetrating ammunition, used for example in the IFV M3A3 Bradley.

Perfect for decoration for military enthusiasts or gamers.
Model is full size, however not 100% accurate. This is a demonstration model only.
You can print it all at once in one color or in 4 colors with AMS or individual parts separately according to colors, which i recommend due to lot of waste with AMS.
The projectile is in two parts and requires glue.
The parts of the sabots are supplemented with a cavity for magnets, which, however, are not necessary, thanks to the locking ring.

Split the round in half so I could place a name on the print for a gift. Thanks for a great upload, any chance you could do the 3 piece round that British tanks use? Cheers brother.

To be honest, I don't know what the nickname 3 piece wound is for. Is it a standard subcaliber APDS? Anyway, I'd like to make more interesting ammo models in the future. Like the Ahead sub projectile ammo used by the Puma 2. By the way, I like your skull idea. :)

What are the dimensions of the magnets?

Ideal would be magnets with diameter of 3 mm and height 1,5 mm, but the holes could be adjusted with a drill.

Sorry, but it's meant as a decoration, not a structural component. Intentionally there is low infill for higher print speed.

I understand but when I was removing the support material from the penetrator the penitrator snapped other than that it was perfectly fine I’ll give you a 4/5

Thank you and I understand, in that case I will probably increase the infill after all.
