Since I couldn't find a wall mount for the Bosch Powerpack 725, I created one myself.
Inspired by SeniorRossi (https://www.printables.com/de/@SeniorRossi_566649 ) wall mount design, but unfortunately, it only fits Bosch Powerpack 500 batteries (https://www.printables.com/de/model/414838-bosh-powerpack-500-wall-mount).
Considering the battery's weight of 4 kilograms, I focused primarily on stability during the design and printing process.
For the printing parameters, I selected:
4 wall loops
and used a
honeycomb infill with 45% density.
As you could probably go a bit lower and save time and material I reduced the Infill to 40% in the print profile here.
In this final print I used Tree Support but my test prints before where done without any support and came out fine.
For printing I used Bambulab PLA Though in black.
On my Bambulab printer, it took 5 hours and 40 minutes to complete the print (withh support).
Any comments or suggestions regarding this design are appreciated.
