The Magic Money Printer is a clever optical illusion toy that creates the appearance of printing money right before your eyes. This model is designed for easy printing and assembly, featuring six individual parts that fit together cleanly without the need for supports. It’s a great beginner-friendly mechanical print that demonstrates how simple movement can create an impressive illusion. instructions are in gif! all you need is some paper, tape, and a cutter… well and a printer with some filament of course😂😆🤣 just cut about 3 ½ length and tape together.
Why I designed my own
I have printed a few other money printer illusions but the paper would sometimes act like a spring and coil and un coil. Another thing I found difficult was that you had to switch from knob to knob to make the illusion work. My model features a gear mechanism that moves both wheels at the same speed with only one knob. I am very pleased with the results and thought I would upload it. You may need to glue the knob to the gear if the tolerances are to loose. I hope you enjoy
