Description

Hello, I would like to introduce you to my L-EGO fridge magnets or other appliances.In the profile, there are added negative parts in the shape of magnets that I used (8x2 mm), thanks to which there will be a hole for inserting the magnet.In the object tab, you can change the size of the negative part according to your magnet. Alternatively, delete my object and add, for example, a cuboid or a cube.

I have two versions.

1. The version that has holes from the bottom, in which case I recommend giving the exact size of the magnet and pounding it with a hammer, or 0.1 mm larger and sticking it with glue.

2. The version that allows for embedding the magnet inside the Brick. In this case, the pause in the profile is set at a height of 2.2 mm (my magnet has dimensions of 8x2 mm). In this case, I recommend using a larger tolerance, I myself used an increase in the opening by 0.2 mm in diameter. Since they will be closed, there is no risk of them falling out and there is no need for glue.

Just keep in mind that in this case the magnets have less power.

No need to use supports.

I havent gotten magnets yet, but it came out great and i more used it to show off the Ziro Neon filament

Printed those magnet in 3 different colours. just perfect. I only used 3 magnets (build in type) in every object. still works great. photos and to do lists still can be placed on the fridge. I added ironing to all top layers. for the round one i used concentric. for the cube one i used rectilinear.

Thanks for mentioning that you used less magnets. I was wondering if that would work well. I thought that if I printed them with and used all the magnets that it woul be to strong (I have a strength problem with my hands and these type of magnets are very strong! lol.)

Model and print both were great. Only thing was that I did not read the title of the print profile since this is the only one for the A1 mini. That profile uses different magnet sizes than the original creator. This is mentioned in the print profile title but not in the description and therefore I missed that information. I suggest to add this important fact to the print profile description as well.
