The size is 150x50mm with a 4mm hole for a cord of your choice. The thickness is about 2.2mm

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA Sunlu Meta Black Transmission Distance: 1
PLA Sunlu Meta Grey Transmission Distance: 3.5
PLA+ Sunlu White Transmission Distance: 5

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Grey
At layer #20 (1.68mm) swap to White for the rest.
