This is a mount designed to hold a Netgear SG308 switch (also works for a GS305PP - thanks Sagooinc), but it should hold about any switch that has similar dimensions (158x101x27mm).
I measured a few of my 8-port switches and found it should fit the following:
Netgear GS108T
Netgear GS305PP - thanks Sagooinc
It does not seem to fit my TP-Link or Trendnet switches so it may be that it could only fit Netgear switches.
It mounts using 4 screws to attach to the desk or wall, and has a clip to secure it. The spring is optional and the STEP file is included for easy remixing.
When assembling, take note that of the opening of the dovetail on the “Clip” and the small arrow shaped bump on the base. The clip will only slide in one way and it should ride over the arrow shaped bump, which is there to help keep the clip from sliding off once it's in position. The clip can be installed the other way as well, but the arrow shaped bump will not help to keep it in position in that case.
