Tube holder for swapmod

An alternative tube holder to use with swapmod. You will need a M3x5 mm screw to attach it. You can also use longer screws, if you scale the washer (tube shaped part) to compensate the length (for instance scale it to 1mm high if you use M3 screw of 6mm length).
