Project Torx – The Ultimate 3D-Printed Spinning Screwdriver

Tired of ordinary screwdrivers that just don’t feel right? Project Torx is a 3D-printed screwdriver built for precision, comfort, and smooth operation. What sets it apart? A 608 bearing integrated into the cap, allowing it to spin freely while you work—making those repetitive turns effortless.

This project was born from frustration with existing tools. After countless prototypes and trial-and-error, Torx finally delivers a screwdriver that feels just right in your hand while performing like a pro. Each piece is 3D-printed with care for durability, making it both functional and a fun maker’s creation.

It uses two M3 heat set inserts to securely hold the bit in place and a 608 bearing  to spin easyly in the hand.

Note: This is Made of plastic, it works well but can break under excessive force. Do not over tighten the screws onto the bit or it can break the part.
