Description

Angled mount for the Linptech mmWave ES1 sensor. Mounted with magnets to allow for easy sensor removal and attachment. Flat bottom on the other end, I have been using command strips to adhere it to walls. Sensor face is at a 50° angle from the base, and I find it works pretty well in the corner of a room facing out.

Mount features a nice lip to connect to the back of the sensor, preventing it from moving around, and the 4 magnets hold it into place very securely. You could get by with only 2 magnets, but from testing with only 2, I noticed the connection was fairly weak.

NOTE: When pressing the magnets in, make sure they are in the proper orientation! The back of the sensor has a magnet in it, so ensure they are in the proper orientation so they pull to that magnet, rather than push the sensor off the mount!

Uses 4X 6x2mm magnets, I use these and the press in very nicely: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KJ9H31P/

I printed 0.16mm height, no supports, and had good luck with the magnets pressing in nicely. I printed flat face on the bed.

If you have recommendations for other angles, let me know I should be able to crank out a new model with a different angle.
