Description

Do you have a bunch of these coolers with noisy/dead fan?

High temperatures ?

No problem.

Just put your favorite 80mm fan. I used a Tacens Anima AF8 because is very cheap (about 1.95-2€ on amazon), low noise and decent air flow.  but you can fit if you want other more fancy.

Take care and check the fan you have before. Oem fan is 60x15mm but I saw at least two different models.

  • AVC F6015B12LY (0.1A , 3000rpm, 14,7cfm) (low/mid tdps)
  • AVC F6015B12MY (0.15A 4100rpm, not found data about cfm) (high tdps)

Most of 80x25fans have 25-35cfm and low noise.

No BOM, just reuse your screws or put M3x10 screws.

Printing instructions

  • 3 perimeters.
  • No supports needed, I modeled some removable supports, if you want to use slicer  supports just hide the “breakable support” models on the slicer.

Recommended filament

PETG will work fine, because all of these CPUs have a max operating temperature about 70ºC. And the heatsink never push over these  temperature.

Fake remixes and other stuff

Any remix its prohibited by default, because the abuse of users that upload fake remixes or simply laminate for other slicer and upload without any mention or even removes the creator signature and upload as theirs. Contact me if you want to make a remix.
