Description
My son celebrates a leap year birthday this year so I designed this headband to wear.
I thought I would share.
It's a great way to celebrate the leap year for anyone, teacher, students, work.

My son is a frog in a school play tomorrow and this is the only thing I could find to help him with his costume. Thanks for sharing!
