A little small, but came out perfect. The top was a little bit worse but very good. I really love it. I made it for my brother and he really enjoys it.
The print is great. I think it's obvious that you need to scale it for your headphones. i measured it for mine. Giving 3 stars even though you have a perfect print is a bit harsh.
The extruder kept popping because as it changed patterns the tip would encounter a piece already built. it was loud probably because the object is hollow and it never broke the object lose of the build plate but it was enough to make me nervous during the entire print. end product is great and would rate it overall a 4.5 of 5.
Hello, thanks for printing! I didn't encounter this problem, but make sure you calibrate you flow for the filament, as this infill is adaptive cubic and overlaps the lines when extruding. I think this is what you heard, the lines overlapping and bumping a little into each other every time they crossed. You might have a little bit of over-extrusion going on, but I am glad it didn't harm your final result. I used adaptive cubic infill to reduce the weight of the infill as much as I could while maintaining strength, but you could maybe try gyroid, as the lines don't overlap the next time you print something similar. Again, happy you like the final result and I would love to see a picture of your print!
