Description

These cooling ducts mount under the A1 and create a duct that passes from the vents on the sides of the printer to the vents on the underside, allowing you to pull air across the passively-cooled electronics and more safely enclose your A1. Use at your own risk, Bambu Lab does not recommend enclosing this printer.

I used 1 ¼" ducting hose (e.g. https://www.mcmaster.com/5488K55/) and 2.5mm gasket material (e.g. https://www.mcmaster.com/9679K43/) to seal the ducts. You may also want (2) 1" (25mm) long, ¼" or M6 bolts and nuts to join the left and right halves of the ducts. I printed from ABS for temperature resistance.

WORK IN PROGRESS - this may need some final refinement, however I returned my A1 and purchased a P1S due to the heat bed cable recall. I wanted to upload it here so that others could use the design if they find it useful.
