Summary

Hi guys I just want to say think you to c_wolsey for his amazing work on the carriage. I was in the process of converting my Anet AM8 to rails and didn't want to leave this extruder setup behind so I decided to remix it!.

There are 2 backplates one is shorter then the other making the hotend assemble sit closer to the rail but this also has issues because your bed may not be able to get close enough if your screws hit bottom. The one titled (Long_backplate) should be long enough to fit most setups, if not I can extend it more.

I also used Brass Knurled Nuts (3mmX5mm) to secure the backplate to the main body. I use these in everything I print that I want a solid hold on. You will need to thread them onto a sacrificial screw then heat them up and melt them into position. I wanted them SUPER SOLID.

You will have to play with placement on your support setup, I printed most of this on it's side but everyone's printer is different.
