This is a funnel for easily filling the Hydra AMS - Universal Spool Adapter with silica gel.

It was designed so it can be easily be placed on top of the spool adapter and it sits in place unsupported, meaning you don't have to hold it while filling the spool holder with silica gel as the fitment is snug with a lip holding it in place.
