Remix of this design here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-play-integrated-fan-mounting-frame
I edited this to accommodate a better individual fan shroud on the bottom fan which directed airflow better. I also opened up the front more to allow even more visibility for timelapses, general viewing, etc. I added a small hole next to the LED mount for those looking to feed an LED in from the outside of the shroud instead of the inside.
The smaller fan shroud I used on my system, which you can see in the image, is this one here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1255573
Printer Brand:
Printrbot
Printer:
Simple White
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.2mm
Infill:
100%
Notes:
I have a heated bed, so you may need a raft.
I set my bed to 70 degrees to ensure there wouldn't be any warping, and also left the bottom fan off for the first 4 layers. Then I set it to 100% for the rest of the print.
This was a previous design from Almond Lee, located here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-play-integrated-fan-mounting-frame
I used TinkerCAD to edit the STL and remove material in the places I needed to open up.
