Hi everyone . I present to you the first fully functional and 3D printed Pinball. The Operation is essential. It is designed to collect the balls and with a conveyor keep track of the points scored.

Optionally it is possible to print the Launcher balls as well as the balls themselves. The balls are 9 millimeters in size. 8 mm steel balls can also be used.

For those who want to print the model with another slicer there are some clarifications to make.

This is the preview of the project in full:

If you want to print it with another slicing software, take these things into account. First of all on the rear piece, the conveyor, you need to set adaptive layers so that the thread Is be as precise as possible:

For the optional piece, the Launcher balls, use the manual supports function where indicated in the photo and select only external brim for greater safety:

As for the buttons and feet, use 100 percent filling, this way there is no risk of them breaking during assembly and use external brim for the feet:

Even the balls can be printed. I recommend 100 percent fill and apply brim. Since they are not perfect, once you have finished printing I suggest scratching them .

HAPPY PRINTING !

This is an awesome pinball machine! I used 8mm ball bearings and they work perfectly. I would recommend everyone to print this!

hi, if you read the instructions in the gears they must be glued to the base with the paddles facing downwards. once dried you must insert the side buttons as per the instructions exactly positioned in the second tooth. for the Launcher it's a print in place, I have to detach the piece that needs to move. Anyway, look carefully at the instructions and everything listed there

A thousand thanks ! some advice, I see you left the gears free. if you follow the guide you will see that they must be glued to the back keeping the tips facing downwards. the buttons must then be positioned under them to have the spring effect. the spring is made by the spiral contained in the gears. Let me know !

Gorgeous print! Fantastic instructions! Thank you for sharing the design. Looking forward to printing other colors. Be very mindful when using thin CA glue on the back of the paddles. I ended up carefully removing and reinstalling a paddle with thicker CA glue (to avoid accidental seepage to the front spring mechanism of the paddle).

My son asked me to print this the other day and once I followed the instructions (prior to this picture), it turned out to be an excellent pin ball machine and he is very happy with it!
