This lamp was designed because I needed a lamp for cozy lighting in my caravan, but it is also very suitable for indoor decor and lightning.
I want to point out that this is a time-consuming print, taking about 41.5 hours, but I believe it is all worth it!
The lamp can be assembled without the use of glue or anything else.
The top and bottom are printed in rose gold PLA silk filament, with the settings Bambu recommends in its Wiki for printing with this material. I printed it in Silence mode to make it even more glossy. ´
The picture you see here of the top is with the "Seam position" setting set to "Random". In the print profile, I have adjusted it to "Aligned", as I think it gives the best result.
The tube is printed in transparent PETG with the settings recommended in the Bambu Wiki. However, I did not dry my filament. I like the matte look the print gets after it's printed.
The slats are printed with PLA wood filament, containing between 15-20% wood dust. It printed without problems with a 0.4 nozzle.
A total of 25 slats are needed.
I hope you like the design and will try this print. It has really been fun and educational for me to challenge myself with this design, which is my first of its kind.
You can freely download and print the file for your own use. Neither the file nor the print may be sold, but of course, you are welcome to print the lamp as a gift for friends and family. You are also welcome to edit my design and suggest improvements. However, I would greatly appreciate being informed so I can learn from your changes and improvements 😊
Have fun!
