Modular frame/shelf for tooned cars by Soarpix. Infinitely expandable in width and height, remains stable. Self-supporting with each additional module. Can be wall-mounted

Individual use or as a base for diorama modules. Interchangeable backgrounds that can be easily inserted

An optional simple background without a design is included in the model so you can easily adapt the background color to your wishes or highlight certain colors of the cars

A drilling aid is available as a separate print profile if you want to attach the plates to the wall. This is externally as large as the base plate so you have the exact dimensions when marking. The marking hole is exactly in the middle where the screw should be placed

More backgrounds will follow over time

There are 2 print profiles with adjusted settings to make the surface look good

One with Bambu PLA and one with Generic PLA so there is something for everyone

Assembly:

The base plates are plugged together with the double pillars and remain connected that way. From 2x2 plates upwards, they fit together relatively tightly so that it does not start to wobble with additional height

Each floor increases the rack by approximately 15cm (5.91 inches)

You can adjust the height of the pillars as desired by simply changing their length in the slicer, just remember to print the same pillars for an entire floor

I recommend using only the single pillars on the outside of the shelf for a clean finish, the double ones between the platforms ensure stability

Everything is designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.20mm layer height so that all modules fit together well (also for the diorama parts due to color changes)

I created this model so that I can expand my collection as desired and instead of just placing the cars on an empty shelf, I have the opportunity to create a small world to match the cars

The diorama parts are kept as simple as possible so that they are not too elaborate to produce and still add a certain something to the collection
