This plug serves to easily close connections, such as those present in many printers for the PTFE tube. With it, dry boxes or unused connections on the printer can be closed quickly and easily. 

 

According to the drawing, it has a diameter of 4.2 mm on the pin that is inserted into the connection. When printed from PETG/PLA and with the connections I have, such as the coupler and the 4-in-1 adapter from Bambu, as well as some pneumatic connections, it could be inserted and removed wonderfully. Caution: I do not recommend using this for pressurized lines. For me, there is simply a technical difference whether you have a truly smooth surface from an injection molding process or a slightly ribbed one, as is the case with 3D printing. However, this is my purely personal opinion on the matter. The purpose here for me is solely to close various openings in the 3D printing area. However, I tested these plugs with a named manufacturer of pneumatic connectors at 8 bar pressure and experienced no movement of the plug or pressure loss over a test period of 24 hours.
