Festool Kapex Colliflower Zero Clearance Insert

This print is a replacement slide insert for the Colliflower Slide and Snap Zero Clearance Insert throatplate (with a few enhancements) for the Festool Kapex 120.

The throat plate found at https://www.colliflower-zci.com is the best solution on the market (no affiliation) for high quality cuts with no need to take time to unscrew/remove throat plates when changing bevels or when simply needs replacing.

Enhancements

• The length of the insert has been increased slightly and chamfered to fit snug without any front to back movement (which was the case with the original)
• Added a cutout at the front to allow a screwdriver to pop out the insert easily when replacing
• An undersized cutout has been pre-fabricated simply to allow wall perimeters around that section so it's solid after the initial cut
