Description

Very simple way to convert any stl file, image or huerforged file into a clock, you have 2 different ways to do it.

  1. Add the file you want to transform, scale it and fit inside the numbers of the clock, only scaling the model. You can print separately the numbers and the clock body to give them a texturized appearance, carbon fiber, fantasy, smooth..……… and posteriorly mount them or print directly the body with the numbers choosing the colors you want.
  2. Add the file you want to transform, scale it and add the “clock numbers” as a negative part. Be sure the negative file is a 250x250mm square. Then you may print de body with the numbers choosing the colors you want. Is very important to adjust correctly the negative part to avoid the purgue zone of the bed, It would be necessary to cut the file you want to transform to eliminate the part wich is over the purgue zone.

I'm thinking that you can scale the model on the slicer adapting to your bed's size.

Yes, thanks, the problem is that the box for the clock mechanism scales too, then it doesn´t fit, I would like to scale the sphere without touching the mechanical inner parts but I don´t know how to make it :)

Thanks for this. Believe it or not it's hard to find a simple editable clock face out there.
