为了方便大家调整尺寸，我已经上传了solidworks源文件！

我并不是专业玩家或耳机专业，但是经过缓慢的尝试，我发现这样做出的耳机十分好听（或者说取决于你买的耳机单元的质量）

希望更多人能够用极致的性价比做出自己喜欢的耳机！！！

你需要：

1.两个40mm直径的喇叭单元

2.两个mmcx母头 / 一根耳机线（也可以耳机线直接焊接在喇叭单元上而不需要mmcx母头）

3.一个金属发箍（没错，淘宝上非常便宜的金属发箍）

4.4个m2*8的螺栓和m2*2*3的热熔螺母

步骤一：发箍需要把末端用钳子弯折平整，插入提供的“头梁”文件中，可以使用胶水固定牢固

步骤二：将热熔螺母热熔到“40mm盖”或“40mm盖无mmcx”中两个较大的孔位中。

步骤三：mmcx母头焊接好喇叭单元后装入打印件（不需要mmcx接头的直接将耳机线正负极焊接在喇叭单元上即可）

步骤四：将“40mm盖”或“40mm盖无mmcx”与“40mm底座”扣合在一起（注意使用了防呆口，无法装在一起说明装错了）。

小心地使用胶水将40mm单元保护盖粘到喇叭单元前面，使用胶水将“40mm底座”粘贴在喇叭单元背后。

步骤五：组装好的“头梁”插入“40mm盖”或“40mm盖无mmcx”中预留出的空位处。

步骤六：使用m2*8的螺栓将组装好的“头梁”压紧固定好即可。

PS：如果你无法买到“金属发箍”，其实有很多发箍替代品，你甚至可以自行打印一个环状物来作为头梁

I am not a professional player or headphone expert, but after slow attempts, I have found it's sounds so good if you DIY a headset in this way ( it depends on the quality of the headphone unit you buy)

You need :

1. Two 40mm speaker units

2. Two MMCX Socket 3 Pin Female / one headphone cable ( headphone cables can also be soldered directly onto the speaker unit without the need for MMCX Socket )

3. A metal headband (yes, a very cheap metal headband on Taobao)

4.4 m2 * 8 bolts and m2 * 2 * 3 Hot Melt Inset Nuts

Step 1: The end of the hairband needs to be bent flat with pliers and inserted into the provided "头梁4" file, which can be fixed firmly with glue

Step 2: Heat melt two of the Hot Melt Inset Nut into the two larger holes in the "40mm单元保护盖" or "40mm盖无mmcx".

Step 3: After soldering the MMCX Socket 3 Pin Female onto the speaker unit, install the printed part"40mm单元保护盖" (for those that do not require an mmcx connector, simply solder the the headphone cable onto the speaker unit)

Step 4: Snap the "40mm单元保护盖" or "40mm盖无mmcx" with the "40mm底座" together (fool-proof: If it cannot be installed

together, it indicates that it is installed incorrectly).

Carefully use glue to stick the "40mm单元保护盖" to the front of the speaker unit, and use glue to stick the "40mm单元保护盖" or “40mm盖无mmcx” to the back of the speaker unit.

Step 5: Insert the assembled "头梁4" into the reserved space between the "40mm单元保护盖" and "40mm底座".

Step 6: Use M2 * 8 bolts to tighten and fix the assembled "头梁".

PS: If you can't buy a "metal headband," there are actually many alternatives to headbands, and you can even print a circular shape as a headband yourself
