Stitching Pony Decorative and Jaw Leather Overlays
Print Profile(1)

Description
I first glued 3M double-sided tape to the back of the leather before knife-cutting it. In practice, I do not recommend doing this because the blade will get stuck by the glue
It is recommended to cut the leather directly and then glue it to the stitching pony
There are two styles
- Standard version: four rounded corners
- Melted popsicle: flowing down, using the knife-cutting function. It looks good, and a bit more complex is fine
Different materials require testing of knife-cutting parameters. I used 1mm thick lambskin, set to 160 pressure three times. Your material needs to be tested by yourself
A small tip: after cutting, do not rush to remove it. Carefully tear off the outer frame to see if it has cut through and if there is any sticking along the edges. If it hasn't cut through, do not move it, adjust the parameters in Bambu Studio, such as increasing the pressure, and cut again

Using 3cm from the short straight edge as the baseline

Choose a suitable adhesive and apply it. You will then have a beautiful small clamp
