With this easy printable Chamfertool, everybody is able to get beautiful and consistent chamfers on metal pieces. With the fence you can get perfect champfers on long straight edges, and with the three different sized stops with 30, 90 and 120 degree you can chamfer any curve.

All you need is:

8x Ruthex M5 Heat inserts

4x M4 Nut

4x DIN912 M4x16mm

4x ISO10642 M5x12mm

4x ISO7380 M5x20mm

1x 6mm 90° carbite Chamfermill

1x Router with 43mm Euro-Adapter (Kress, ABM, Suhner, Mafell etc)

I used PLA-CF as the Material, with PETG as Support Interface. PLA-CF has high stiffness, and prints without warping which is nice for the table. But if you intend to use this Chamfertool on long sessions, where the Router gets hot, PETG-CF or even PAHT-CF would be better options.

I was able to easily get 1mm Chamfers in 7075 Aluminium. Also perfect for removing elephantfoot or brims.
