flow rate test

Description
Newbie Guide:
If you are a complete beginner or want to quickly experience the flow rate test, directly select the corresponding material (PETG or PLA) and choose the Step0.01 file. Print directly. You can get results in just one print. Note that when printing, do not select your own material, as this will cause the flow rate to deviate from the values on the card after secondary conversion. Just use my print profile. This method has similar flow rate accuracy to the original version, both at 1%, but this test provides results in one go. No calculations required. Can save more than 20 minutes.
Card Reading Guide:
The number in the upper left corner of the card represents 1.0Xx. For example, if marked as 2, it means the final flow rate is 1.02
The number in the lower left corner of the card represents 0.9Xx. For example, if marked as 65, it means the final flow rate is 0.965
No calculations are needed; simply choose the smoothest card, and the number on the card is your final flow rate to be entered directly into your profile.
Fine Calibration Guide:
Select the corresponding material and try the first plate of Step0.02. The print result has an accuracy of 2%, which is a smaller span compared to the original version's 5%. For some materials, the results might already be very close at 2% accuracy; if you are satisfied with the result at this point, you can directly enter your selected flow rate value. If you are undecided between two cards, you can select the uncertain range within plates 2~6 and print 3 more pieces, achieving a test accuracy of 0.005. After printing, simply re-select one piece from the 5. Compared to the original version, this method improves accuracy to 0.005 while reducing total time.
Why is my test better?
The original test model was designed years ago when flow rate errors were significant. Using the original flow rate test with Bambu Lab's precision, I personally feel it results in a certain amount of waste in terms of material, time, and accuracy. Especially for small R&D studios that purchase large quantities of materials, each type requires flow rate calibration. Even Bambu Lab's own official materials sometimes require flow rate calibration. Therefore, I designed this flow rate test card. Its rounded corner design is aesthetically far superior to the original. The table below explains why my test is better.
