Description

No glue, No screws required!

Display your artwork, 3D prints, plants and other valuables in style with this modern modular shelf!

The print profile consists of plates, joints and bars, the bars come in 4 measurements, the smallest being one unit long, the longest being 4 units long. If join two of the smallest bars together with a provided joint, the new length is equal to the 2 unit long bar. (a one unit bar can support a board of 5.8 cm wide, a unit 2 bar supports a board of 11.6 cm, ect)

It is very easy to make your own designs. Keep in mind that the structural integrity of the shelf also depends on the shelf itself. Make sure that you support the boards enough!

As you can see in the picture, the joints and bars have holes. There are pins provided in the print profile that slide in these holes, locking the pieces together. No glue needed!

Installing the boards

This is not hard to do. When you're finished building the frame, just place the board on the frame itself and it locks in place.  There are pins on the under side of the boards which prevent it from sliding around. No need for pins / glue to hold the board in place.

Trouble shooting:

If the holes don't line up for the bars and joints, check if you used the right bar! There are 2 versions of one length, both have a lightly different hole placement.

The bar does not fit in the joint: check if there are no printed strings / filament stuck in the joints. Print at a slower speed if this is a problem. If needed, use pliers to remove stuck filament.

Option:

If you do want to use glue, a print profile is uploaded with the same bars/joints, except all holes are eliminated, giving you the sleek design.

Also keep in mind that his is still a 3D printed shelf, meant for display for smaller items. It is not meant for heavy loads (3kg +).
