My hot gluegun just broke. So i opened it up and found just a little plastic thingy was broken. Then i hopped in to Fusion 360 and came up with this. It works perfectly, and so i also wanted to share it with you!

Print with 6 walls - for extra strenth!

Assembly:

You need:

Screwdriver
3D printed repair
Broken hot gluegun

Open it up! It should look like this inside!

Remove the broken bits with plier!

When you have taken the old thing out find your 3D printed thing.

Put the printed part into the hole. (It need's to be flat aroud the hole).

Remember to put in the spring!

Put the mecanism back in the gluegun.

Assemble back up!
