Description
Scale reproduction of a racing motorcycle made with extreme attention to detail and finished with mixed techniques of 3D printing and adhesive application, cut with the H2D cutter.

Project Description
The model represents a sport bike inspired by the MotoGP world, featuring an aerodynamic fairing in glossy metallic red and enriched with numerous decals faithful to the official sponsors of real racing teams.
The main structure was 3D printed in PLA filament, divided into several assemblable components to facilitate printing and finishing. Smooth surfaces and well-defined curves were used to simulate the aggressive and dynamic lines of racing fairings.
Technical and Stylistic Details
- Bodywork: printed in red PLA, carefully finished to ensure smooth surfaces and fluid lines.
- Mechanical components: the engine, chain, frame, and exhaust were made with different filament colors (black and silver) to enhance contrast and realism.
- Wheels: matte black tires with silver rims, faithfully recreating the material difference between rubber and metal.
- Chain: made up of a sequence of printed links to simulate realistic movement.
- Exhaust: finished in metallic color, with chrome details and visible tubing.
Stickers and Customization
The model was completed with a set of custom stickers, applied manually, reproducing the logos of the main technical sponsors in the industry. The motorcycle is fully customizable with various stickers, which you can find on another of my profiles at the following link:

Stand
The motorcycle is placed on a gray 3D-printed workshop stand, allowing it to remain stable and displayed like a true collector’s piece.
