Description

WARNING: Use these parts only with the kis3d aluminium plate! Never use it on a stock printer without the 5mm higher plate! Otherwise your printer can get damaged!

 

Erhöhung der seitlichen Druckplattenführung bei Verwendung der kis3d Aluminium-Platte

 

Um die seitliche Führung der Druckplatte wie im Originalzustand zu nutzen habe ich diese beiden Druckteile entworfen.

Die Teile werden einfach seitlich am Heizbett angesetzt und mit etwas Kraftaufwand nach vorne geschoben.

Passgenau und jederzeit wieder entfernbar!

Empfohlen aus ABS/ASA zu drucken! PETG ebenso möglich!

 

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Die beiden Druckteile nur in Verbindung mit der 5mm Aluminium Platte von kis3d verwenden!

Bitte sorgfältig überprüfen dass die Nozzle die Teile nicht berühren kann.

Hierzu den Druckkopf komplett an den linken und rechten Anschlag verfahren.

 

Increasing side plate guide when using the kis3d aluminium plate

 

I designed these two parts to use the lateral guidance as in its original state.

The parts are simply attached to the heatbed side and pushed forwards with a little effort.

Perfect fit and removable at any time!

Printing in ABS/ASA recommended! PETG also possible!

 

Important note:

Only use the two parts in conjunction with the 5mm aluminium plate from kis3d!

Please check carefully that the nozzle cannot touch the parts.

To do this, move the print head completely to the left and right stop.

The aluminum plate from Kis3D has hemisphere tabs/bump that stick out where you have designed these side plate guides. Can you take a look at Kis3D.com's current 5mm aluminum plate, and see the shape. I think there's a mismatch here... no?

The actual version have now four center pins. Chris from kis3d deliver his plate now with my parts. Also see my pictures, this is the actually version!

Ok, so are you saying the current side plate guides, will work with Kis3D's current plate? I have the current plate, as well as 3D printed side guides. The side guides do not seem compatible, no? Can you post the photos that are using Chris's current 4 center pin plate? All the photos I've looked at seem to not show Chris's new design..

Please have a look at my pictures, then you will see that the current plate does not have the side pins in the area of the original guide.

Other Issues:DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON YOUR Bambu P1S PRINTER. I printed this and installed it and everything was great until I started a long overnight print that used a lot of the bed… the print head does not clear the top of these plate alignment clips.. and crashes violently into these. it sounded like shoes tumbling around in a clothes dryer. Hopefully i caught it in time to avoid any irreversible damage to the printer

So far I can't understand it because I use the 2mm version myself and no problems at all. Longest print was 20 hours and nearly the complete plate space used. When I manually move my print head to the left and right stops, the nozzle does not touch the parts.

One more question do you also use the 5mm thick aluminium plate from kis3d or did you use the parts at the original print bed without the additional plate?

When I crashed my print head with these it was on a p1s using the gold bambu textured plate. stock everything besides the print bed aligners. If I can find the hot end Ill send you a pic.. It crashed in the back right corner and bent the hot end. ( not like bent in half but bent enough to tell by looking it was crooked..

everyonre that has a Bambo should download and install these. Makes aligning the plate so much easer.

Thank you for your comment but think about it, don´t use it on a stock printer. Use the parts only with the finemilled aluminium plate from kis3d!

When you use the kis3d aluminium plate (additional height 5mm) the printhead can´t get in contact with these parts!

habs mit spectrum asa-cf gedruckt, musste innen etwas nachschleifen weil minimal zu eng. Ansonsten top und endlich sitzt die Platte gut und meine zeitweisen Probleme beim Düsenreinigungsvorgang direkt vorm drucken scheinen dadurch behoben. 👍✌️💪

Super das freut mich! Ja es kann sein dass die Teile je nach Filament etwas skaliert werden müssen. Ich habe meine Teile aus Sunlu ABS grau gedruckt und die passen perfekt.
