My 3D-printed L3GO Imperial Star Destroyer is a unique project where I recreated the iconic Star Wars starship using 3D printing technology. Instead of using original L3GO bricks, I designed and printed the pieces myself, giving me complete freedom over the scale, shapes, and details.
The model is composed of multiple printed sections that I carefully assembled. Its internal structure is strong enough to support the weight, while the outer shell captures the Star Destroyer’s distinctive triangular shape and paneling. After printing, I refined the parts by sanding and painting them so the color and texture would come as close as possible to authentic L3GO plastic.
