Background

This a a stubby nozzle with a 70mm opening for EGO branded leaf blowers. This was specifically designed for the LB7650 blower but may fit other models as well (confirmed the fit works on a LB5300 as well). The design incorporates crush ribs to create a press-fit without having to a perfect tolerance around the entire diameter.

Printing Parameters

• Print with either ASA, ABS, PETG, or Nylon. May not function as intended with rigid filament like PLA, PC or CF. Abrasive filaments may wear grooves into blower where crush ribs make contact
• Vase Mode Enabled
• 0.8mm Nozzle
• 0.5mm Layer Height
• 2.0mm Extrusion Width (Bambu Slicer only lets you enter up to 1.999mm)
• 0 Top and Bottom Shell Layers
• 10mm Brim with Magigoo PC worked for me but adjust to what works for you
