Elmer J. Fudd, a fictional cartoon character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies series.

This is a onepiece version of Elmer based on my multi-part Elmer model that I've previously posted.

Since I do not have an SLA printer, I teamed up with maker Kyler Stern to do the printing and painting.

I converted my multi-part model to a onepiece model for SLA and FDM printing. Kyler then proceeded as follows:

Decreased scale to approximately 35% of the original scale.
X-Axis = 1.47 Inch, Y-Axis = 1.75 Inch, Z-Axis = 3 Inch
Printer: Anycubic Photon M3
Resin: Anycubic Water-Washable Grey
Exposure time: 2.5 seconds
Print time: 5-hours
Lychee Estimate print time: 2-Hours 4-Minutes

Note: Something important to call out regarding print time. Kyler has his screen power set to 80% power. This increases print time significantly but extends screen life. This might be important for individuals going forward.

For FDM and SLA printing, size the STL file as needed for your purpose and add Slicer supports.
