Welcome to OpenHatch (by RhacLab)!
OpenHatch is a modular tub system for reptile breeders. It's designed to be a simple, cost-effective way to store hatchlings while they're in grow-out nursery tubs.
Each slot uses ~380g of filament. The optional floors use ~100g.
For a 10-bin setup, it uses ~4kg of filament. Total cost is around $48.50 ($36 for filament and plus $12.50 for 10 bins), or $4.85 per bin.
A comparable PVC setup sells for $175, or $17.50 per bin. That means this is a cost savings of 72% per hatchling!
What You'll Need
Tubs
The tubs used in this system are Brightroom 6qt Clear Storage sold at Target stores across the U.S. - they're $1.25 each at the time this was released.
