Description

Eeyore, a character in the Winnie-the-Pooh books by A. A. Milne.

This is a one-piece version of Eeyore based on my multi-part Eeyore model that I've previously posted.

I teamed up with maker/designer rebeltaz (Derek Tombrello) for this project. See his work at:
https://www.thingiverse.com/rebeltaz/designs.

I converted my multi-part model to a one-piece model for SLA and FDM printing. Derek created a chitubox file (hollowing/drilling functions as well as the supports).

Derek then printed the model on an Elegoo Mars 2, and painted the SLA model with Plaid FolkArt Acrylic paints, as pictured.

Notes:

**For FDM printing:**
Size the STL file as needed for your purpose and add Slicer supports

**For SLA printing:**
A chitubox file is provided (for download sites that accept chitubox files). An STL file is also provided which can be used as well.

Enjoy!

tail broke. no surprise. little glue after painting and it'll be fine. underside of the body was bad too. lots of filing to smooth it out.

Keep in mind that these small onepiece items that I post can be printed in SLA or FDM. FDM usually should be sized up, as noted in the writeup. Teamwork, Steve

Unfortunately his tail broke off when I was taking the support off. Which is a shame.

Why is this all with 0.24mm layers?! It looks terrible! Why isn't it 0.08?

I cannot speak for print profiles since I post my models on all the download sites. You can set the parameters however you want, The sample in the picture is an SLA print/paint, FDM should be sized up somewhat. There is also a version of Eeyore that is larger and split by colors.

I was trying to print from the app and didn't want to use a computer, it needs to be optimized for the app.

I get makers who want onepiece models and if they paint, I make the model and post their pictures (I cannot paint!). Some people, like Derek, have such talent!

Piglet is on the list, but I try to keep the models in proportion to each other and it may be too small. Teamwork, Steve

Strength Issue:I hate to be the guy to do this, but this model was terrible. No matter what layer height I set it to or settings I changed it would always end up with lots of stringing, poor quality on the top, and the tail would break off. And no this is not my nozzle or printer, I printer a vase just fine right after.

no worries man - sorry you had issues, not sure why either, there’s nothing custom about the print profile besides layer height, material, and infill…. which I then used this profile for the multicolor ones…. another option for you would be to try the multi color profile and just select all the same color and see if you have issues there….. and that tail is rough no matter what - just be patient!

Great print. Tail just above the ribbon is very delicate and almost snapped when removing supports.
