I hate to blame filament, but using the original design, my jump ring breaks before the filament bridge. (Another reason I always use jump rings) If you are using a keyring it'll win that battle. But to get a keyring to fit properly (angle wise) and have high strength would require putting it sideways through the magazine and in my testing looked bad, it also wasn't cross-compatible with jump rings (smaller radius). I can upload one of my test files if you want with that config though?

I would try with another filament or make sure to calibrate if you are using that exact profile. I've printed ~20 of these and haven't had any sort of issue like this. :/
