Nalgene Cap

The cap on my water bottle broke. So I thought I could quick print up a new one.

About 10 prototypes later, this is the result. It works great, but was a bit tricky. It's printed in ABS and has a simple TPU seal.

One of the tricky parts was getting support off with minimal scarring. I finally learned about Z distance with supports and played around with orientation of the print. I minimized scarring, although there still is a little bit present.

This should be simply pushed onto the back round hinge part.
