Do you ever crack open a soda or beer can while camping, at the park, or during a BBQ, only to find bugs trying to sneak in? Or maybe you just want a simple way to keep your drink fresh between sips?
I found plenty of similar ideas online, but none of them really did what I wanted. Most just sat loosely on top, while I wanted something that would click securely onto the can’s rim and stay in place while still letting me slide it open and closed. So, I designed my own.
Introducing the Click & Slide Soda Lid Cover – a handy gadget I designed that clicks onto the lid of cans—whether beer, soda, or other similar beverages.
✨ Features:
Easy Opening Assist – Designed to insert onto the can’s pull tab, giving you extra leverage to pop it open effortlessly.
Click into Place – Once the can is open, the cover snaps securely onto the rim.
Slide-to-Close Mechanism – Simply slide the cover back and forth to open or seal off the can opening as needed.
Bug & Dust Protection – Perfect for camping, picnics, or outdoor activities where unwanted visitors like flies, wasps, or dirt are a concern.
Reusable & Eco-Friendly – Wash, reuse, and take it with you anywhere.
🖨 Print Settings:
Recommended Material: PLA or PETG (PETG if you want extra durability for outdoor use).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm works great.
Infill: 20% is more than enough.
Supports: Not required.
🛠 How to Use:
Insert the cover onto the pull tab of your soda can.
Use it as a lever to easily pop the can open.
Once open, press the lid onto the can’s rim until it “clicks” into place.
Slide to open or close the can’s drinking hole whenever needed.
📦 Applications:
Camping trips
Backyard BBQs
Picnics
Sporting events
Everyday use at home
Keep your drink fresh, bug-free, and easy to manage with the Click & Slide Soda Lid Cover.
