Description

This model is designed to hold up to 10 LR44 button cell batteries, up to 10 CR2032 batteries, and up to 4 CR2025 or similar button cell batteries. These are the most common button cell battery sizes.

I spent a lot of time designing this model, so please do not produce for commercial purposes without permission. This model was designed to house batteries not normally found in standard organizers. It's great for home, camping, or office use.

Printing Instructions:

-Material choice doesn't really matter. Anything from PLA to PA6-CF will work.

-Print with supports in the places shown on my print profiles.

-Model doesn't need to be especially strong- I like 3 walls and 15% infill

-Print each model with the largest face down.

-Model can be printed in multicolor. Just paint the inset words in Bambu Studio.

-Note: All my print profiles are SINGLE COLOR for minimal filament waste.

Parts Needed:

1x ButtoncellBatteryCase_Case.stl

1x ButtonCellBatteryCase_Lid.stl

2x M3x20mm Socket Cap Machine Screws

2x M3 Nuts

1x Filament- PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA/Anything else

Assembly:

Insert the 2 M3 nuts into the spots on the inside of the hinges. Screw the 2 M3x20mm cap screws into the nuts, through the hinge.
