I was just as amazed at the result after I took the rose out of the printer for the first time. I thought about printing it with two-colour Silk filament, but haven't had the opportunity yet. Silk is also a bit more demanding. Did you have to slow down the printing speed? Have a nice day!

I didn’t slow it down but the two color silk left a mark on the textured PEI plate I used. I used it for the easy release on cool down but something about the two color silk caused it to stick like crazy. Had to really work it to get it to let go. The brims around the supports were little devils to get off. If I was printing again I’d use a cool plate and glue stick since the texture doesn’t matter. Other than that the rose came out great at default speed set in the 3mf.

I have only printed them with cool plate and glue stick. Silk works really well with glue stick on the cool plate, I have already made several attempts with Silk.
