Here is a modern planter with holes for water to drain. The exterior is designed with an organic spiral pattern, while the inside is designed with ease of potting in mind.
I printed the normal planter file with thick side walls and drain holes out of Overture rock white PLA. I used a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.28 mm layer heights.
For Bambu users, disregard the below printing times. The print profiles above will achieve the same prints in fractions of each time.
This took about 10 hours on my Ender 3 printer, but could be reduced to about 2 hours by printing the solid model in vase mode (although you lose the drain holes and the thick walls).
