I have just printed this on a P1S, all parts came out fine, however the 3-25mm does not fit the threaded part, the smaller thread on it is AFAIK supposed to go into the cone part and the bigger thread into the handle. Well the smaller thread is way too loose in this cone? In fact measuring both cones (10-25 & 3-25) they are dimensionally a little smaller 24.87mm and 24.71mm respectively. Any suggestions please?

If it prints smaller sizes, calibrate the flow. As you can see in the picture, the model is exactly 25mm
