TERRAX OPS takes that idea further, reimagining the swappable case for the EcoFlow RAPID Pro X into a tactical, rugged, multi-utility platform inspired by rovers and field gear. 🔹 Design Concept
TERRAX OPS isn’t a normal shell — it’s an impact-resistant, modular rover-style case that holds the EcoFlow RAPID Pro X securely, while adding versatility, fun, and rugged storage.
- Rugged storage boxes on both sides for adapters, wires, and small essentials.
- All-terrain wheels with a suspension system that prevents unwanted rolling yet allows the unit to be moved or “played with.”
- Impact-resistant multi-axis suspension, designed from scratch for this application and inspired by the M35 Mako from Mass Effect (👉 MakerWorld source).
- Rover wheel design remixed from a futuristic rover wheel model (👉 Sketchfab source) to comply with EcoFlow’s power bank dimensions and design specs.
- Vault-strong form factor with tactical clamps and hinge design.
🔹 Tested for Real-World Durability
- Drop-tested from height — suspension absorbs impact without breaking.
- Load-tested with 1500g+ weight, proving the structure’s resilience.
Designed so the power bank can be easily attached/detached while staying secure.
🔹 3D Printing & Assembly
Every part is designed for pure 3D printing with no extra hardware.

- Wheels (Recommend printing in TPU for extra grip)
- Wheel Caps
- Mud Guards
- Printing notes:
- All parts can be printed individually.
- Does not require AMS — except the optional EcoFlow logos.
- Multi-color designs (logos, accents) are AMS-friendly but optional.
- Assembly notes:
- Use super glue for fixing components permanently.
- For rugged box hinges and clamps: feed 1.75 mm raw filament through the hinge holes, cut the excess, and lock in place (demonstrated in product images).
- All-terrain wheels and suspension are fixed in modular slots, designed for easy alignment.
