Description

Overview:

My family plays a lot of cribbage, and I’ve designed a lot of boards.  I have a hockey stick prototype I made that we travel with.  I designed this threaded box to store the pegs with a holder that attaches to the board and holds the box.

The box has a TPU insert that snugly holds standard cribbage pegs.  The center of the insert has a bulge that fits into a matching cavity in the box, so it takes a lot of force to install it.  Once in however, it fits perfectly and will not come out.  I use a screwdriver holder without a bit installed to press against the insert then pound the handle with a hammer to set it in place.

The holder is specific to my hockey stick cribbage board and is also printed in TPU with a tight clearance, so the box does not fall out. It all works great. I tried to include my Fusion 360 file, but MakerWorld kept throwing errors.  I have several parameters flagged as favorites, so I don't know what the problem is.

Printing:

The box and lid can be printed in most any filament, but the insert and holder should be printed in TPU. No supports required if printed in the orientation shown.
